At The Reliveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement only if the product received is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Leaking or defective upon delivery
  • Incorrect item delivered

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Email us with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  • Share clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • Provide a single, continuous, uncut unboxing video that begins before opening the sealed package and clearly shows the damaged or incorrect product.

Please Note: Replacement requests submitted without an uncut unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for delivered orders.

A refund will only be processed if:

  • The order is cancelled before it has been dispatched.
  • We are unable to fulfill or ship your order.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Eligible Cases

The following situations are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Product has been opened or used.
  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Replacement request made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to provide the required uncut unboxing video.
  • Minor variations in packaging or label design that do not affect product quality.
